It’s a subtle yet profound practice, where tiny doses of psilocybin, found in sacred mushrooms, bring about remarkable shifts in creativity, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.

When Enough Is The Gift

In French, they say I’m no longer hungry. Feeling satiated is such a gift.

Feeling at ease that we have received just as much as we wanted and not living with the anxiety of wanting more is potent internally generated medicine.

Natural portion control as a by-product of feeling more connected with our bodies is wonderful news on so many levels.
