Important: Do not microdose without precisely measuring your dose. When microdosing, only use a scale that can measure with 0.01-gram accuracy.
Microdosing is the practice of consuming a small dose of psilocybin truffles and harnessing the effects for improving your mood, productivity, creativity, or other forms of personal growth.
Because you only take a small fraction of a recreational dose, you will not experience any trippy effects or hallucinations.
However, the effects on your creative output, intellectual capacity, and general well-being can be substantial.

How does microdosing work?
We will deliver one strip containing six doses of psilocybin truffles (sclerotia) to your doorstep. Each microdose contains one gram of truffles.

For the past two years, we have been working together with our clients to create a custom microdosing app. The app is called Sweetspot Journal and helps beginning and advanced microdosers to find their personal optimal dose (the Sweet Spot).
You can use the app to set an intention, track your dosages, and journal daily about your experience. This way, you can track your progress over time and get the most out of your microdosing journey.

PROTOCOLOS
Protocolo para principiantes
El método es simple y fácil de seguir: Un día sí, dos días no.
Tome una microdosis el día 1 y tome un descanso el día 2 y el día 3. Luego, el día 4, repita el proceso y tome una microdosis nuevamente.
Entonces, en resumen:
Día 1: Tomar una microdosis.
Día 2: No tome una microdosis.
Día 3: No tome una microdosis.
Día 4: Repetir Ciclo. Comience el día 1 nuevamente.
Haz esto durante algunas semanas y observa cómo reaccionas. ¿Cómo afecta su creatividad, su productividad y su estado de ánimo?
Es común experimentar algunos efectos secundarios leves al día siguiente de tomar una microdosis (Día 2). El día 3, volverás a tu estado normal. Trate de sentir las diferencias entre cada día y asegúrese de tomar notas.

Al igual que con el Protocolo para principiantes, es importante realizar un seguimiento de sus experiencias en un diario o registro.
me parece un producto muy particular, ya que nunca habia probado hongos, ,cuando encontre la cantidad justa que me hacia sentir bien comence a experimentar un estado de "ganas" ganas de hacer cosas , de hacer deportes, de trabajar, pero nunca mehizo sentir euforia. otra cosa que me gusto es que no siempre lo compro y cuando no lo compro, no siento la "necesidad" de volver a comprar. gracias
