Hey! Well. I finished my first strip 1 week ago. I bought the starter pack, so I got two and I decided to continue on with the second strip right after. I will be taking at least a week off when I am done with this in 2 weeks ^^Its quite neat already and I do feel a boost in my mood, but I feel a big difference when I talk to people, it feels amazing! Also, its easier for me to switch from task to task and stay focused for a longer time, which is good when you have adhd :p Happy thoughts!

I’ve barely started my first set of microdoses, and have already realized that I need to make some life changes in how I manage food and alcohol (especially alcohol) to get the most out of this experience. I had a few rounds of microdosing and bought them at other companies. Whilst the quality was fine, the prices were too high to sustain regular use over a longer period.
Seeing the MP prices made me a bit cautious - would the quality hold?
The quality is actually the best I had so far in the Netherlands. The truffles are very potent, I need to take less than 1mg per dose (I'm very sensitive).
