Why Stack Psilocybin, Cordyceps & Niacin?
Microdosing psilocybin truffles can be done by itself in order to enhance physical performance, but if you truly want to take your workouts to the next level you might want to consider adding Cordypceps to the stack.

Cordyceps can also reduce oxidative stress, boost the immune system, stimulate cardiovascular performance, and speed up physical recovery. We recommend taking Cordyceps before a workout as a performance enhancer and earlier in the day.
What type of Cordyceps is in this stack?
This stack contains one pack of Human Pro Cordyceps Militaris.
A pack contains 90 v-capsules, enough for one month of stacking. Human Pro cordyceps are one of the most potent on the market with a 20:1 extraction ratio.
Why is Niacin added to the stack?
Niacin (vitamin B3) is added to the stack purely for increasing the deliverability of the active components in the truffles and Cordyceps.
Although Niacin is primarily used to lower cholesterol levels, it also opens up our vasculature. The hypothesis is that niacin’s ability to stimulate the peripheral nervous system extends the nootropic benefits of the other supplements.
The reason Niacin is included in the stack is that it potentially allows the active components in truffles and Cordyceps to be better absorbed throughout the brain and body rather than limiting them to the central nervous system.
It’s important to note that many pre-workout products on the market also contain Niacin, but this is not the reason for adding it to this stack.
What is the Niacin Flush?
The Niacin Flush, or “flushing”, is a skin reddening, itching, and/or burning feeling that starts 10 to 20 minutes into the protocol and typically lasts for a maximum of 40 minutes.
However, flushing helps to improve blood flow, since the small blood vessels open up more. When Niacin is consumed together with truffles, the potential benefit of the Niacin Flush is that the active components in the mushrooms can be carried to the very tips of our circulatory system and capillaries accessing all parts of the body quickly and efficiently.
What does the Protocol look like?
Of course, you are free to experiment and tweak the protocol at will, some people choose to only microdose on the days they workout with this specific stack.
We prefer the following setup:
Day 1: Microdose Truffles + Cordyceps + Niacin
Day 2: Microdose Truffles + Cordyceps + Niacin
Day 3: Microdose Truffles + Cordyceps + Niacin
Day 4: Microdose Truffles + Cordyceps + Niacin
Day 5: Microdose Truffles + Cordyceps + Niacin
Day 6: Cordyceps
Day 7: Cordyceps
This stack is loosely based on the Stamets Protocol in terms of days when to microdose. With this set-up, the weekend is intended as a resting period. As can be seen above, Cordyceps can also be consumed during the rest days for optimal recovery and energy balance.
Important: Repeat this cycle for a maximum of one month. It is advised to take at least a one-month break after completing a one-month cycle.
