Great either as one-offs or a regimented "reset". It's a natural product, so the effects of any one dose might vary (in the very short term), but a good leveler overall.

The Lion's Mane has been incredible in helping me to focus and has lowered my anxiety. The "truffles" have been a game changer. My anxiety is greatly improved, my mood is good, and I have a lot of energy.
