Lions mane caps really helps to get a stable mind , focus, resilience. I also do the spray when stressful moments are about to come in ( I m a restaurant maitre) .
Now I’m doing also truffles microdosing when NOT working… can’t have them with stressful environments it gets me anxious. Also I’m on ashwaganda… and soon I’ll do the shilajit also.
This phase of my life is being super demanding , work is taking control so I really need to extra support :)

Been taking this for a while now like 11 months and really found it great for my memory, I was in accident in 07 and memory was affected.
