Started week before. Using doses by recommendations. Cant say that feeling amazingly difference after this period, but some marks of positive affect i can adjust, like source energy, less reaction to distractions.

I have been using lions mane for two years now with a couple of short breaks here and there. I find it is great for focus and concentration- my work is desk based and deals with information from many different areas and at times it can be information overload. This helps keep me focused and on track.
