I've been microdosing for one month and I'm discovering many advantages such as increased focus,uplifted mood and strong creativity. My sleep has also improved with more calm when sleeping and meaningful dreams that deeps divein self knowledge. Amazingly during the afterglow phase many of this effects remains which makes the routine really useful. Absolutely amazing, mental health issues for many years.
