This is one of the best brain products I have tried so far, and I've been experimenting for years with supplements. It helps me focus, be more creative and eases anxiety and depression And it helps me sleep and seems to improve my dreams (more pleasant and more vivid) it also helps my memory, so I can't really live without it anymore (not addictive, just beneficial) and it's amazing value for money in my humble opinion.
